Shipping

Everything is handmade to order so please allow 2-5 working days for despatching.

All post is despatched by Royal Mail.

International shipping is tracked and signed for. Europe is 3-5 working days and USA is 6-7 working days.

BREXIT UPDATE - I have had to increase my price on international shipping, this does mean that all fees are paid in the UK rather than passed onto you in the receiving country.

Any questions about shipping to your country please let me know via Instagram or email.

Sizing

Please make sure you measure your pet prior to purchasing and ensure that you can fit 2 fingers underneath the collar for a comfortable fit.

All sizes are on the product descriptions.

Care Instructions

DO: Can be washed at 30 degrees! (We recommend putting collars and leads in separate socks to prevent them from clunking in the washing machine and getting scratched.

DO: Hang dry

DON’T: Wring dry

DON’T: Tumble dry

DON’T: Leave on a radiator

DON'T: Iron

RETURNS, Exchanges & CANCELLATIONS

If you are not satisfied with your order we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at poshpawsaccessories@gmail.com to resolve any issues.

Items must be returned in original packaging with tags and in an unworn condition.

Return postage will not be reimbursed. We recommend having returns signed for as we cannot be liable for missing post.

Cancellations: In the rare occasion that we run out of stock and have to cancel your order we will email you and refund you straight away.
